The Helpdesk administrator can set various email templates for any event to keep both support agents and customers informed about their issues. This email templates are used to send email notification to agents or customers.You also can target who you are sending the email template to.

Email Notification

 

Email notifications are automated messages, alerts, and responses sent to the customers and staff members when a certain predefined condition is satisfied. Email notifications enable staff members and customers to keep track of tickets. Our Helpdesk provides under which you can send and receive email notifications.

 

For example, wherever there is a new ticket, agents are going to get an automated ‘New Ticket Received Notification’ email and when an agent picked up a customer’s ticket, they are going to be notified by email that ticket is picked up by agent succssfully.
